Commentary - Dr. Richard Karl
Well in addition to bringing fascinating stories about hibernating squirrels, this year on The Health Show we tried to delve into the human side of medicine. The part that is more art than science. Dr. Richard Karl helped us do that. Dr. Karl chairs the department of surgery at the university of south florida...he's the author of a book of true stories from the surgical life. One of the many stories he shared with us illustrates how the Dr. patient relationships can work both ways.
