No smoking... anywhere
As you would expect, hospitals were one of the first workplaces to push smokers into designated. Now, some hospitals in the Northeast are voluntarily taking the no-smoking message about as far as they can. The Health Show's Arielle Trimm has more.

Sonic yoga
Yoga, as a form of exercise, is now widely practiced by many Americans. Now, another form of the discipline is coming into vogue: the yoga of sound. Developed by East Indian musician Russil Paul, "sonic yoga" is designed to cultivate health and well-being. Jacqueline Froelich has a profile of Paul and his unique practice.
