Philip Lebherz is the Founding Director of the Foundation for Health Coverage Education, an independent, non-profit foundation whose stated mission is to simplify public and private health insurance eligibility information in order to help more people access coverage. Bob Barrett asked Mr. Lebherz, when the foundation got off the ground?
