A couple of years ago we met a doctor who co-authored You: The Owner’s Manual...a comprehensive “how-to” book for staying healthy. On today’s Health Show, Dr. Michael Roizen is back...both here and on the bestseller lists with You: Staying Young...a manual that helps extend your warranty into old age. Then we’ll hear the fifth and final installment of our elder mental health series as we explore the special problems faced by gay elders. And we’ll find out that some of those home remedies your mom always talked about really do work.

YOU - STAYING YOUNG WHILE GETTING OLDER

It’s called "You: Staying Young - The Owner’s Manual For Extending Your Warranty"...and it’s another NY Times Number One best seller. Dr. Roizen, I guess the premise of this book is how you live...not how long you live.
