Staying Fit - Unusually 1
Staying active and physically fit is important for women of any age group, from teens just developing their bones to home makers and professional women who are more than a few years removed from high school. But staying with an exercise program can be tough, especially if you get a bit bored with the treadmill or the stationary bike. That’s why we invited a pair of fitness instructors to join us today who teach unusual methods of staying fit that may keep your interest. Nuhar Jaleel is a Pilates instructor and physical therapist in Latham, NY. Meighan Carivan Esmond is a Certified NIA Instructor in Albany, NY. And, full disclosure, Dr. Nina Sax takes classes with both of these women. So, we should probably start with you Meighan and find out about NIA.
